I know you have been struggling for a long time, tired of trying to loose that belly, tired of being out of breathe, tired of feeling unhealthy and lazy. I know this because i too was a heavy man, once.


 


After putting in a lot of research and time, after trying numerous products and diets, i found this method that works best. 


The method:


1st step: Start intermittent fasting, intermittent fasting regulates the insulin resistance, which is the number one factor for being unable to loose weight whatsoever. The principal of intermittent fasting is mainly to fast for prolonged periods of times. As our body spikes the insulin everytime we eat, this helps regulate that process. At first, analyse the number of meals you have in a day and reduce it by half for a week. If you have six meals a day [even eating a cookie is considered a meal] then bring it down to three meals a day. Then, once you can tolerate the 3 meals a day plan, shift to 2 meals a day, ideally try to have at least 12 hrs break between two meals.


2nd Step: The problem with intermittent fasting is hunger pangs and these pangs can ruin you. The solution for this is to be full until the next meal without overeating and consuming processed uhealthy foods. That's where keto diet comes in. The Keto diet mainly focuses on supplementing healthy fats for carbs and this helps in weight loss as well as keeping you full for the a long time. I tried a number of recipies and they worked wonders for me, I'll leave the link below. These recipes provided me with some real delicious meals.


Also, you might have heard this a million times before, that weight loss should be a lifestyle, so prepare your meal times and meals in such a way that you can be able to sustain a lifetime. Try avoiding processed sugars and foods and switch to fresh vegetables, meats and grains.
